Local-First Household Data

Expanse Planner is designed around local household workspaces. Household names, cashflow records, planning notes, and exported files are stored on the user's device or in user-selected locations unless a future reviewed feature clearly states otherwise.

Feature Toggles and Continual Delivery

We use Optimizely for feature flags, staged rollout, and continual delivery controls. These controls help us enable preview capabilities gradually, measure aggregate feature availability, and disable unfinished functionality when needed. Feature toggles are not used to download, install, or execute new app code after App Review.

Our use of feature flags is intended to remain consistent with Apple's App Review Guidelines, including Guideline 2.5.2 regarding apps that should be self-contained and not download, install, or execute code that changes app features or functionality.
